Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the private Scottie D Plays Stream Overlay at stream.sdhome.online. The application is maintained for the operator’s own broadcasts and is not open for public accounts.

Permitted use

The operator may use the application to display livestream chat, events, alerts and viewer totals in OBS. Access credentials and tokenized overlay URLs must be kept private. The application must not be used to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights or another person’s privacy.

Third-party services

YouTube and Twitch are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s applicable API policies. Those services may change, suspend or limit their APIs, which can affect this application.

Availability and warranty

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free data. Livestream messages, events and viewer totals may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of network or platform conditions.

Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the application. Access may be disabled and stored authorization tokens may be revoked or deleted at any time.
